PAUL MELI – PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Paul Meli has over 20 years of experience within the healthcare insurance arena and his expertise is supported by various sales and client management positions. Prior to the inception of PMI Enterprises (PMI), Meli worked directly for leading insurance carriers where he was responsible for health insurance sales, marketing and product development.
Paul opened PMI in 1989 and the firm’s quick growth and success led to the expansion of its sister organization American Business Consulting Group (ABC), an administrative services organization providing payroll, insurance, benefit packages and other human resource services.
Decades of industry experience along with Paul’s network abilities have helped both PMI and ABC find the right opportunities. Delivering on his promises to his clients and a proven track record of unsurpassed customer satisfaction has resulted in rapid growth of both firms.
He serves on the board of the Detroit Business Advisory Council and is an active member of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Michigan State University.
Nancy Lentine has 17 years of experience within the human resource management arena; Nancy provides a breadth of knowledge to our clients in the areas of strategic resourcing, process re-engineering, diversity training, workers compensation, unemployment, and people strategy development. The end results for our clients are tangible, not only in cost savings, but in overall human resource effectiveness.
Prior to joining PMI Enterprises, Nancy held a number of management positions within both corporate and manufacturing environments where she was responsible for all areas of human resource needs and organizational development initiatives.
Nancy received her Bachelor degree in business management from Central Michigan University and received her professional accreditation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management.
DEANNE MURPHY, MA, CPCU, ARM, HIA – INSURANCE GROUP BENEFIT ANALYST & CONSULTANT
Deanne has joined the staff at PMI, Inc. as their Insurance Group Benefit Analyst & Consultant.
Deanne compliments PMI’s staff by melding her business experience with expertise in most lines of insurance. She specializes in business opportunities and has experience with multi-state locations, entities who merge and divest and those with global operations.
She has tenure with The Hartford, Gallagher Benefit Service, Wells Fargo Insurance Services, and Hantz Benefit Services and as an Adjunct Business Professor for Oakland Community College. Ms. Murphy was a key partner in a multi-location retail firm and has owned her own business.
Deanne traveled as a Field Manager for U.S.F. & G. Insurance Companies and has transacted business in both New York City and overseas. She resided in Colorado and Indiana while employed in the insurance field and today, she maintains her home with her husband in Clinton Township, Michigan.
ASHLEY KENAAN – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ashley Kenaan works hand in hand with clients to guide them through the insurance process. She works hard to assist every client with any questions or concerns that may arise with their insurance needs. Ashley is dedicated to each individual, making sure they are a part of the ABC family from the time they walk in and on.
Ashley is seen as valuable employee and we are lucky to have her as part of the team. She has a member of our team for more then a year now, and continues to grow each day with the company and the understanding of each individual client personal needs and their goals.
Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wayne State University.
HOLLY ORLANDO – CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER
Holly Orlando comes to us from the education world with the desire to help our clients find the best insurance plan for their needs and walk away with an understanding of how the plan will work for them. She strives to help solve any issues that may arise and provide excellent service to our clients.
Holly has a passion for knowledge and works hard to understand the ever-changing health insurance industry. She has a desire to want to learn and keep up on current trends in the industry.
Holly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University. She is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Instructional Technology through Saginaw Valley State University.
PATRICIA RODRIGUEZ-HAUGH MBA, PHR – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Patricia has recently joined us with her passion and knowledge of Human Resources to bring another dimension to our service model.
Patricia earned her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, continued to earn her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State and finally, earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
